2. We do not provide advice directly

Estate Advice Group does not provide legal, tax, financial, mortgage, equity release or regulated advice directly. Any advice is provided by the independent advisor or firm you choose to speak with or instruct.

3. Professional advice

Before making decisions about Wills, Trusts, LPAs, probate, inheritance tax planning, equity release, care fee planning or wider estate planning, you should seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.

4. Urgent situations

If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. If you need urgent medical advice, contact NHS 111 or your GP out-of-hours service.

5. Safeguarding and serious risk

If information submitted through the site suggests a serious risk of harm to a child, vulnerable adult, you or another person, we may take proportionate steps where lawful and necessary.

6. Advisor duties

Advisors using the platform are responsible for their own advice, suitability checks, regulatory duties, record keeping, client relationships and compliance obligations.
